Project Description:
Supply Chain Management System (SCM) helps to manage the entire movement of materials in the Plant, including Inventory Management, Quality Control System and Production Plan & Execution. The entire life cycle of the materials, starting with receipt at Stores upto dispatch to market can be monitored and coordinated with the help of the system. Originally designed and developed by IBIS Softec Solutions, Mumbai, and later taken over by M/s FDC Limited.
Responsibilities:
» Being the Programmer in Charge of the system, having no assistance, bearing full responsibility for development and implementation as well as maintenance of various
modules of the System in the Plant.
» Reporting to the Corporate System Coordinator and providing weekly updates about the functional status of the System.

Project Description:
The project is developed to assist in the validation process of the Sterilization In Process (SIP) Cycle for Automatic Liquid Packaging Blow – Fill – Seal (ALP – BFS) machine for packing of ophthalmic preparations in the Plant. The system works in coordination with the software that handles the operation of the machine. The Validation System accepts the output from the machine’s software and performs a series of checks essential to determine validity of the process. This solution helps FDC Limited to save a lion’s share of time involved in performing the task manually, which was the previous practice. Thus, FDC is able to carry out the production activities many times more efficiently and promptly than before. No project team involved. Complete design and development done by self.

A Linux / Unix Based Client - Server System capable of transmission and reception of Video clips over the network in real time. At client side, display of the clip starts immediately after the beginning of its reception, instead of waiting for complete transfer of the entire file.
